Three dedicated IAS officers – Himanshu Aggarwal,IAS (then Deputy Commissioner), Abhijeet Kapilesh, IAS (Commissioner MC Abohar), and Sagar Setia, IAS (ADC, Fazilka) – initiated a remarkable journey through Project "Kitab," which is now successfully being taken forward by their successors.
